Wellness Warriors (6:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
The Gowans Stadium Summer Exercise Series ended in July - the football team needed the field for their workouts! But the community wasn't ready for the Wednesday workouts to end, hence the Wellness Warriors.
Trainer Joe Bradley from Genesis Health Clubs will continue to lead the free workouts on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Participants will meet on Hutchinson Community College’s west lawn in front of Lockman Hall. Much like at Gowans, the workouts are geared to people of all different fitness levels and ages.
